Was Phreak a high school bully?

Those who're from GD, yeah, memories right?

I mean, he only does champion spotlights on fancy visually updated champions such as Garen & even Karthus, and then leaves behind the old champions like Taric, Morgana & Zilean. And to think, only when Sion get a new complete makeover, ONLY THEN, he makes a champion spotlight about him, never the old one. This kind of situation is pretty similar as when a big fat kid bullys a nerd just because he wears big spectacles, pimples all over his face, & wears tucked-in button shirt. Then probably 3 years later, the nerd now has a somewhat Channing Tatum face, muscular figure & wears skinny tank-top for show, only then, the bully pays his respect to him.

Think about it, do you guys think Phreak was a mindless bad-ass back then?
