So I guess it is safe to assume the champion teaser pictures with zed, garen, sona, and vi aren't actual occurances, but just an idea, a peek into the mind of virtuoso, of how he would make them "beautiful/ perfect"?
I was thinking the same thing; the teasers highlight things the champions lack, things Jhin would add to make them "perfect"

You're on the right track.
Why VI is the one with roses? Why we can't see her hands? Why Garen has no armor on him? WTF? Sona... um, we saw enouf at her (BOOBS, WHER ARE THE BOOBS ?!) Zed with body? No shadow on him? No mask? Where is the Armor from him?
Why this new champ has only one eye? The other one being keeped in shadow? To white and the suit think will have characteristics of TF one.
