Fucked you up? There is no fucking up, you have a chance to get free skins, skins that cost other people money to play with. Giving them for free would be fucking them up.
It's a chance, i know odds are slim, but instead of rerolling, save the shards for when you get a real skim you want, so you'll have enough blue essance.
