Time taken to get to level 30.

I am very happy myself that Riot has decided to lower the time it takes to get to level 30 on a new account, but I feel like this will only bring more tilt to lower elo players who are getting less skilled players on their teams in ranked. If it takes half the time for new players to get to 30, then that is half the time and experience playing the game that they are losing before they subject themselves to Ranked queues. I feel like this change will only lead to a more toxic environment in Bronze and low silver. let me know what you think, this is kinda interesting to me. ^_^ thanks
