Last time I got stuck at having 9 Gemstones forever and finally got the last one to unlock Hextech Annie, but this time I am the winner!

Got this by Re-rolling skins! HAHAHA. Nice try Rito. Now I just either need one more gem or a random chance and I'll have the Hextech ward.
