@Riot: Ever considered consolidating/updating skin themes?

Not sure if this is something the skin team specifically would look at or someone else. I was wondering if there has ever been any discussion of renaming or consolidating different skins with very similar themes. After the recent PROJECT promo, I was looking through the Wiki at the "Skin Themes" and noticed how some of them seem close enough they could be in the same "family" of skins but they were named and themed slightly differently either due to the time between releases or other factors.

For example: Riot Skins Riot Blitz Riot Singed Riot Kayle Riot Graves Riot K-9 Nasus

"Officer" Skins (or other generic law enforcement) Officer Caitlyn Sheriff Caitlyn Constable Trundle Captain Volibear Officer Vi

I wonder if there has ever been talk or consideration of bringing these more cohesively together as "Riot" skins. That's just one example, there are others. It certainly isn't a necessity but with the increased emphasis on "AU Canon" skins like the PROJECTs and the Bilgewater-specific skins, maybe some of these outlier skins could be brought together.
