Questions about RP gifting

Do I gift the RPs from the one I have now, or a new RP stock I have to purchase? If it's the new one, how much RP would that be?

I'm only asking this because I'm a little timid to push that "Gift RP" button without knowing how much Rp I'm actually gifting.

you're basically buying RP for that person, you choose how much you want give them.

It's the same prices and amounts of RP as buying RP for yourself.
