I feel like mini-reworks shouldn't be a thing already

Mordekaiser Malzahar Vladimir are a few examples whose reworks have gone either haywire or just plain weak & weird. Really felt like future reworks should just stick to a Sion/Poppy level.

That and they should really stop re-using other champs abilities with these reworks.

Malzahar new passive is just an improved Yasuo passive, it blocks 100% of the damage, and it blocks cc, and doesn't have to get flow to recharge, and since hes ranged, is much harder to deal with since getting in that auto attack range to take it off of him puts you in direct range for his ult.

Taric is basically just a double Kayle ult now, 2 people become immune instead of 1.

Like, if you are going to rework a champion, at least give them their own thing, instead of something that already exists, and if you do take something that already exists, at least make it unique to that champion, and not just a rip off, Tarics is at least a little unique since it's not a bubble of "can't hurt me", it's at least a ground effect of "cant hurt me, or a friend".

But malz's passive, my god... That is such a huge rip off and a smack in the face to Yas, and let's not even talk about the fact that malz can solo dragon at level 2.... Iv'e never seen such a broken rework before, i mean even Fiora's rework wasn't THAT OP....
