Riot should remove recolour skins from the mystery (legacy) shards

If I remember correctly their reasoning for making those skins legacy is that they aren't up to quality standards but at the same time they want to give players who really dig these skins the possibility to get them.

Mystery (legacy) shards however aren't the way to do that imo since there is no choice involved.

I know this is just a very, very, very minor complaint but I feel like these skins shouldn't be forced upon you (based on rng) since they are basically just chroma's with a splash art.
