The chat restrictions.

Well, I'd like to discuss what I believe are the flaws and issues with the chat restrictions systems. First off, the system itself only serves to frustrate players more. Getting banned forces you to take a step away from the game(other than alt accounts, unfortunately, which chat restrictions don't help with either). But when you get chat restricted, it just frustrates you more. You use up all your chat saying "let's do dragon". "go in when blitz misses his hook" and other misc stuff, then when a big ult is wasted on you, like amumu's, you can't tell your team until he has his ult back up, and it's just so damn anoyying to not be able to communicate with your team in this STRATEGY game. It's kind of BS. And you can't communicate enough information with pings alone. There's also the games where you're doing well, you're shot calling with what few chat lines you can use, and your teammates begin to depend on your shots because every call went well up to that point, and you're unable to say anything from your last call for 4 minutes besides try to stop split pushing with pings, or try to ping a group(which is pretty damn hard), and try to force as much communication as you can with pings.

I assume you guys are keeping the system around because it is doing something right given the data you've received on it at this point, but at the very least, could we opt to get banned for a few weeks(or a day per chat restricted game lest). Playing the game with chat restrictions makes the game pretty unbearable for players who ever attempt to communicate.

i think a chat restriction should make it so that you can't see what the enemy team says and so that you can't say anything to them. I also think that there should be a filter on your chat so that if you curse in you message it won't show up.
