Surrendering pre-20

Can we please gain the ability to surrender prior to the 20 minutes mark in normal games. Even if this is only enabled when someone quits the game or there's an unrealistic lead requried first(like a 20 kill lead when you have <_5 kills), I can't fucking stand games that you lost, you can't do anything, and all you can do is watch everyone bitch and blame eachother and you're forced to suffer the entirety of the game and put multiple people in a bad mood just bc the game forces you to antagonize yourself? Please stop ruining games for up to 8 people and let people decide to end it if they realise it's gg 5 minutes in because there's an afk and someone wants to feed..
