Can we at lesat PURCHASE the order icon?

I'm still extremely torn about not being able to get that icon. I understand its not about champ performance and just who people picked. Most people picked the edgy black and red icons, I can cope with that much, but can we PLEASE be able to purchase the icon? Or make it available in Hextech? I hate yasuo and will probably not even bother to use the material for the chaos icon. I dont want it. I think bragging rights and a FREE icon is reward enough for something decided for something as simple as choosing an icon you liked better than the other. It shouldnt be EXCLUSIVE. Yah, MAYBE exclusive for something more performance based. Like if the VS. Event was based off of winrates and stuff instead of icon popularity. MAYBE.
