Title. Just had a good game as Leona and noticed a questionable amount of true damage on my hands. I'm 90% sure I didn't have a red buff throughout the game, so I'm kinda mulling over the possibilities. Do you guys have any idea where the true damage would be coming from?

Ignite?
Ignite is a possibility. Also, if you are running any magic pen there is a very (very) slight possibility you're cutting through opponent's who have no additional MR.
Does the Face of the Mountain execute count as true damage maybe?
Alright, so you have 4.6k true damage overall. Most of that (about 4.1k) is probably from 
procs (the execute dmg is True). That leaves the 0.5k damage to champs. There's a few items that might have accounted for it, but looking over your build, I don't see them.
So my only guess is that at some point you probably picked up a kill on someone who had red buff. And with 7 kills, that's not entirely unlikely.
