Refund Token System!?

How come we only get three? I understand that there should be a limit to the amount of champions you can refund and retry, but I personally think that it could be improved. When we first start an account, we don't know much about the game and often find ourselves using them on 450-1350 champions. For my first account, I used two of my refund tokens on 1350 IP champions, only to buy them again. I only used one correctly by buying a champion that was too hard for me at the time to refund him for an easier champion of my liking.

#I think that there are things that we should add to the system instead of just blandly giving us 3 tokens for us to waste at a low level.

• We can have a system that gives us one refund token every other month or so with a limit of 3 at a time.
• We can have a system that gives us one refund token for every 30 days that we log on.
• We can have a system that gives us one refund token for every 25 consecutive days we log on.
• We can have a system that gives us one - three refund token for every season that pasts
• We can have a system that gives us one refund token for every division that we get past. You can only get one per each, so you can't climb then drop then climb again.
