Diana chroma pack

In the picture under hex tech crafting I seem to have found a blue Diana and I'm curious if anyone has looked into it as well to see if perhaps this is a future chroma pack for Diana. In the picture it's a variant of the classic Diana skin and its in the picture next to project Leona and the two wards
