Dynamic queue issues

Now I personally thought the new champ select was nice when it came out I enjoy the whole pick two roles thing but there's definitely somethings that need to be changed or worked on. One for example would be the fact fill gets you support everytime. Obviously there's been enough threads about that to where it's definitely known. However today I was playing ranked and having a normal day of games a few wins a few losses but then my last two games I've met the same pre made for both of them. Now first off the fact i was with a 4 man already was bad enough. Especially when they lose lane pre level 6 and I mean as our malphite died to times before 6 because he doesn't get how to play passive or something then I'm blamed for not ganking in the first 4 minutes. It wasn't like he got ganked he just made stupid decisions and blamed me for it but of course his group all backed him up and said it was my fault. I pretty much just shrugged there first game off and went into the next one after waiting 5 minutes to try and prevent being paired with the same people. I even changed my role to try and up the chance I didn't have to deal with them. However sure enough there they were again except one person changed in their group. And the second game the malphite from before was now jungling as gragas. He didn't bring smite. But even before that in champ select I say nothing and right away they bring up last game and start talking more shit to me. I finally said if you're blaming me for you're malphite friend feeding then you are all idiots. Eventually malphite just said whatever it's a new game everyone just shut up. Which I did except for when I asked a simple question of why don't you have smite and got flames again. The game started I was winning lane our bot lane lost and our jungle inevitably failed due to lack of smite. So that's not one but two games ruined by the same group of people for the most part anyone. Something about that needs to be changed like if it's made to where if you lose with a pre made don't match you again for at least24 hours or something at least whatever it is. Riot if you aren't going to add a pure solo queue or team builder or ranked 5s or do anything the community asks for then I feel you should at least listen to what people say needs to be fixed in the queue you all obviously are trying to get us to play and the one you want to be successful. But honestly I doubt it will be successful in its current state as sure you can "play with friends" kind of. My friends aren't the greatest or in the same Elo as me so I can't play with them as their bronze I'm in gold. The few people I can and do play with aren't always on as they have other responsibilities which leaves me to join many games solo. Also if I were to play with my friends there should at least be some form of separate rank as I don't want how my friends do to effect my individual rank. There's just something about this queue that feels off and forced that shouldn't be there It wasn't a bad effort but it's just not the best it can be. I believe if it's polished dynamic queue could be something good for the league experience but what I've gotten so far out of it isn't fun. I've tried to grind rank to climb it's more toxic then I found last season with solo people. I can deal with one solo toxic person I can mute them and not lose communication with my team but when there's a toxic 4 man I can't do that or I feel even more isolated then I do already as they are almost always in a curse or Skype call. This reduces lack of pings and teamwork between the he solo and 4 man in an already dark map with the removal of green wards. Riot things need to be fixed please do something before the game falls apart.
