Isaac the Slowbro. I initially caught you for spite, to make the friend i was going against jealous, and I named you Isaac after the Biblical character, because I was planning on sacrificing you in a cage battle to save my better pokemon. But God had greater plans for you, because after all my pokes suffered unfortunate crits, you stood by me, and proceeded to be the most powerful pokemon I have ever seen.

Midas the Ho-oh. I caught you because you were something OP and you fit into my types for Catastro-locke, but you were a Jolly old man, consumed by greed. After hours of grinding you on poliwhirls and goldeens, you became the most terrifying thing on earth, stopping at nothing to conquer gold version.
