About Reworks: Theme

Borrowing from one of Sion's lines: "Who is your champion, and what does he do?"

I think this is the most important thing to consider when doing reworks Riot (strange that it's coming from Sion).

First step: who is the champion? I feel like this is where everything should begin. It's all about the THEME. I wanna do a little experiment here. Take away all of a champ's abilities, leaving only the model. Clear your mind of their abilities completely and just look at THEM. Who is this champ? What do you think they do?
