Though I must say, I wish that first picture was his champion portrait. I love it.
It is quite possible, I mean its the same person that made Ekko, and they did state he was iceboxed for a while. Its possible that could of been a previous version of him but its quite easy to see that both look quite different but they do share some similiarities that can make this true.
(Edit: Why are people so quick to brush this off? I mean Wolf was teased in Amumu's trailer and that was near the beginning of the year, Rito is known for teasing stuff months before it comes out)

The way that kid died was no secret, it was in the comic, he got shot by a normal gun by a normal criminal, he died in Ekkos arms and was most certainly buried by him Not to mention this is a grown ass man, not a little kid that's younger than Ekko

I think the term you're looking for is "not even close". One look at the shape of the eyebrows and the similarity is GONE. Then look at the curve of the lips. No, no match either. Maybe that dramatic cleft chin? Uh uh, not in the Ekko picture either.
What if this guys has a disfigured face, so he wears a mask to hide it. He makes people "beautiful" and "perfect" because he is not beautiful himself.
I don't think so but never know until it comes out.
