Anyone else seen random bugs since the client update?

I've seen quite a few odd things over the past week, like people casting spells during a Malz ult twice(no QSS or Crucible), or I saw a Vel ult activate, make the noise, and go on CD, but no laser came out and there was no CC around to stop it. I often see Gnar's boomerang dissapear and reappear at random intervals(as with other skill shots simply being invisible), and the minions and champs will occasionally start moving way faster for a time(minions freeze up before this happens).

Is it just me? Cause invisible Morg Qs do not add anything to the awesomeness of this game lemme tell ya :P
