Kog'maw build paths

Kog'maw shreds the world, ok real talk, I LOVE the tank meta going on right now, there's usually always a tank or 3 on my team so I can just pick Koggles and easily become a naked orange from all the peeling i can get, and since I'm Kog I also shred the enemy tanks extremely fast, win win for Koggy players. So I got thinking, with the changes coming to item 3071 maybe there could be some brainstorming for a Kog build using more of it.

OK, my Kog build usually goes item 3078 > item 3153 > item 3006 > a crit chance item depending on how well the team is doing > item 3072 > item 3026 sometimes replacing an item with item 3139 in case there's some mean CC on the enemy team that I want nothing to do with.

But what about an alternate build like item 3071 for the passive to help with kiting and shreding tanks > item 3153 to further help shred tanky front lines > item 3085 to stack multiple black cleaver stacks on everyone near you're target thus boosting your team fight power > item 3009 because lets be honest, BotRK and Runaan's with your Q's passive attack speed is all the attack speed you really need so you might as well move faster normally > item 3087 because the passive further helps with team fighting and ADC's pretty much always need some crit in this day and age, item 3046 is also a good choice if you want more crit chance than shiv > item 3026 this one really doesn't need a reason to be gotten, but can also be replaced with item 3139 or item 3072 it's all personal preference.

I'm still waiting for the patch to finish so I can actually test this kind of build, but what's everyone's thoughts on it? I find it to be extremely focused on basic attacks with Kog's W more than the usual triforce build which focuses more on getting as many sheen procs as possible while W is up, but again I want some other opinions on it.

No such thing as too much attack speed when your job is to sit behind your front line and apply quick heavy damage with an AA focused marksmen, but if you find swiftness boots preferable to your play style, thats great. Honestly i like the idea of black cleaver, i've been leaning toward replacing it with last whisper for a while now but for the purpose of being combined with ruunans im not so sure about that myself, unless you have someone like Orianna or Sejuani keeping them locked together for you.

Also im not personally sure about replacing a GA either. If you have such a tanky peel team to work with i would feel as though having a failsafe for the moment where the enemy dives onto you wasting everything they can to make sure you die, only to pop your GA and have a second chance to peel is worth sacrificing a little damage late game but its a situational/comfort call. I can say having a GA late game has turned a great many games into clutch wins from what would otherwise have been losses.

Personally when i play a T-force carry Lucian Corki Ezreal i build an Infinity edge first, then zerks, and then start on my t-force. Its just more comfortable for me, and helps me keep up with my opponents damage if they're building one first as well but it depends on my opponent. While i believe you can never have too much attack speed i usually don't ever bother buying Ruunans on anyone because crit items naturally compliment IE and Trin force builds better and have much more worth over ruunans, but again if you prefer ruunans for yourself go for it.
