paysafe card doesn't work?

I recently purchased a paysafe card online and tried to redeem it so I could get battleboss blitz. However when I went to redeem it I got a message saying that the merchant doesn't accept these type of cards. I have already messaged support about this issue but in case they don't bother with it, can a rioter on here help me out?
