What is Witch-Hunting?
Very unsure myself of what this term means, since people kept saying this is the reason if we were to expose a toxic rager's name in a thread.

"She's a witch!" "No I'm not" "Oh yeah? I have one incident of indirect evidence proving you are a witch. Prove that you are not a witch" "I didn't do that! I'm not a witch!" "She has no evidence she is not a witch! Kill her!"
And so on.
Basically, you start naming random people that they have some stupid negative trait based on minimal evidence (say, a screen cap of them raging that conveniently leaves your responses out of the image) and have them blamed or even punished for it since they can't prove a negative.
