What runes would I get for Tristana?

I don't really know what ADC runes to buy and since I need to start learning ADC so I can carry myself come season 6 next week I need a rune page for champions like Tristana Corki and possibly Twitch (I have two spare rune pages so if Corki has some weird hybrid penetration runes or something I can fit those in)

I currently have about 11,000 IP so I can afford most if not all of the runes required for a page.

A good general spread for ADCs is AD reds, Armor yellows, AS Quints, and either AS or flat MR blues.

you should be getting AD reds Ad quints armor yellows and MR blues. It makes last hitting a breeze and early poking is super good
