Title: kinda want to play low elo ranked, but dont have a lvl 30 account

Body: ok well lets see I just hit plat and i dont really have the skill or the resources to hit diamond by the end of the season, but i kinda want to play ranked, so if anyone has an account i can play on and duo or something like that ill be more than happy to oblige and play some ranked.
