is 120 ping good?
I hear sometimes that people are playing at around 40 ping or lower, i have never gotten lower than 90, is around 120 ping a fine way to play league?

For East Coast? Yeah.
Yeah, most of my games float between 90-220 ping
Fine for casual play, impossible for competitive play
You want it below 100 if you can.
Its fine. Most of this game is planning and coordination rather than reflexes or mechanics anyway, despite about 97% of people thinking otherwise. As long as you don't make a catastrophic error, you'll barely notice a difference once you are used to it. You can even make up for it with skill even.
If anything, if someone gets the jump on someone else with higher ping, it'll only mean they have less than a tenth of a second head start in a damage race.
