Why does Pantheon have a different splash in the store than in game?

It's a bug. :P

This is the Chinese splash and it has popped up occasionally for years now, mostly in the LCS first.

It's been confirmed that it's just a bug. It's his really, really old Chinese splash that I think isn't even used in China anymore. It's a bug that's been around for a long time.
