is lacking. My proposition is this for it. Make it take 8 autos again for the passive to occur, but these stacks don't fall off. Once full stacks are achieved, gain the passive for 5(?) seconds. So you can basically prime it up for teamfights
Same. I think there has to be something to be done about it because no one ever uses it anymore. It was hyped for ADCs when it first came out but only the odd person even thinks about buying it. It's honestly like that AP book item that gave spellvamp that no one ever bought except for Vlads.
The passive already lasts for five seconds. Maybe increase it to eight seconds?
It has a buff on pbe. Theyre adding 25% as straight up. Thats 625g of stats. Pretty significant buff really. I will consider building it now.
