Playing twisted treeline....

I am level 21, and until now, I had totally forgot about twisted treeline. I started playing a few games, and there seems to be something odd. In my first game, my allies and enemies said nothing and just kept running to turret and auto attacking. I thought that they were very low level and didn't know what they were doing. The same thing kept happening on each of my games on twisted treeline. On my latest one, I probably got like fifty kills, and the enemies don't even use abilities on me. Does anyone know what is going on? I've never seen this on summoners rift, i can't tell if they are just really bad or bots.
