IP, and ways to burn it?

Now that I own all of the champions, and all of the runes, I have 9 more rune pages to buy with IP before I've purchased everything that is purchasable with IP...

Could players that are in my situation start buying skins with IP for something like 10K or more IP a skin...

Just make it so that all runes, rune pages and champions have to be unlocked before people can start buying skins with IP, to make it less abuse able.

I guess idk where I'm going with this, just thought I would put this out there to represent the portion of the community that is close to having everything that they can buy with IP.

There really needs to be a IP gifting feature. My friend has 18k IP and doesn't really have any champ he would want to buy. So instead of me renting his acc to play Rek'sai he could just gift me and we could both play

Ip is useless to me now.. I own anything it can buy.. runes, pages, champs.. I have enough to buy new champs but I have so many extra champ shards i just reroll and get it anyways.. I have the new stone weaver already and didnt touch my ip.. Wish I could do something with it
