I'm curious so I'm in queue and Rengar starts spamming ban Hiemer and Akali... which was a warning sign that he wasnt the best of players (from the hiemer ban I mean he is annoying but no where near banable) Well I check his op.gg and see he is 1 and 9 and fed in all his games (not int but still fed pretty badly) with VERY low cs (28 cs average on 7 Rengar games)...also side note Riot how in the hell is he placed in b1/b2 (currently b2 but he had to have been placed in b1) ...like his placements couldn't have been good

BUT back to the point I see his horrible record and I say something along these lines im dodging but summoner name man you've fed in almost all your games you need to play norms before you play ranked and practice before you play more ranked (blah blah blah)

I made it abundantly clear I meant no hate but that he isnt playing at a level to be competitive in ranked games

(and is kind of ruining the games for others <--- I didnt say this but i hinted at it)...

but looking back this is a massive issue with Riot WHY are they in upper bronze lower silver... he is CLEARLY no where near this skill level and is getting absolutely rekt in every game and ruining games for others and I've seen this before in other games (which is the reason I dodged this... I know from experience that these misplaced players almost always lose the game)
