Question about Report System: Does posting Imgur links containing toxic player's chat log works?

Like usually whenever I encounter a toxic feud between teammates, or if he's just this one guy who can't keep his cool, I always take a screenshot of it. After that, I send the screenshots to Imgur in order to copy paste the picture link to the report system after game.

So I wanna know something. Does the report system actually analyze what's in the link? I keep hearing that it's from an automated system, so I'm unsure if my Imgur efforts were a waste.
