So to start off, I realize PBE is beta and subject to change. Historically, when skins are shipped to PBE, if there are major issues or flaws with the skin, there is not enough time to pull them to make adjustments. Looking at the texture on this skin it looks incredibly unfinished. It seems way too dark, and the particles already seem to be suffering a little bit from being too difficult to notice. (I'm thinking how some people have issues with Steel Legion Lux's Lucent Singularity) Additionally, the Orbs left by her Q in the river could be incredibly difficult to differentiate on a quick glance.

So there is some feedback. Here is a question. Is it possible to make these adjustments before the skin actually ships? I remember recently in a thread about the recent Lunar Revel Diana skin we were able to give you feedback on some issues with the skin, but not a lot came of that feedback.

I realize you were working with a tighter deadline considering the skin was coming out with the other Lunar Revel skins and couldn't be delayed, but I hope that this skin gets delayed until it can be polished enough to be released. As it stands now, this is VERY unfinished to the casual observer such as myself.

Thoughts?

I'll only say that I am disappointed in the chosen theme. It's not a bad theme but it wasn't the theme I wanted to see for her first skin. Mostly just personal preference but I am saddened that i'll now have to wait at least a year to maybe get a Syndra skin i'll like, something like Pool Party/Snowdown/Bubble Bath Syndra. I really want a skin for her as my second favorite all time champion. :(

I agree with this statement. wapster I think your tone is a bit off, because there are a lot of Rioters that take pride in their work, and just because you don't personally agree with the theme, doesn't mean it isn't a strong/decent theme.

Do I personally like the theme? No. Would i buy this skin, as is, on a 1350 price tag? NO!

This skin is, as it stands on PBE, a 750 skin at best from an actual skin perspective. The particle effects make it a 975 skin. Honestly, her W looks like it was just taken from Nami's Q, and her E looks like a Kassadin E with slightly reworked particles.

Again though, the issue with my skin is that it seems incredibly unpolished and dark. And if it is intended to be a finished product at this point, I don't mean to offend the VFX/texture artists, but this skin feels poorly done to me.

My feedback is that the effects are pretty but Syndra herself looks too dark and dull, there's little detail and she just looks boring and monotone. I'd like to see something closer to Atlantean Fizz. I get Syndra is 'evil' but that doesn't mean she always has to look that way in every skin especially when 'evil' means 'mostly black/dark'.

Another negative is that atm the sound effects are VERY underwhelming. That usual satisfying boom from dropping a Q? Now it's just a barely audible splash. Most of her sound effects are like this, lacking the punch of her base skin.

For a suggestion have you guys thought about changing Syndra's voice filter to be more watery or aquatic if you know what I mean. Fizz is getting some of that voice filter treatment so why not Syndra? :)

Also once again I need to say there needs to be somewhere for people not on the PBE to give feedback/ask questions/etc. I can't even get PBE access given my main is on OCE. So frustrating all these questions that will go unanswered.

Then please point me in the direction of the individual I should be talking to about this skin.

The issue is nobody is visible to the degree that IS is on topics like this. There isn't a big red signature on these skins that say, "Hey, this is the name of the Riot employee that you should talk to about this skin/splash." To be perfectly honest, Riot actually makes that information pretty difficult to get.

With that being said, IS is the visible red on topics pertaining to the art of LoL. Yes, he is on the relaunch team. That doesn't mean he can't comment on things like skins. (Look at his back and forth with the community about the Lunar Goddess Diana skin.)
