What elo is 1200 MMR
Just looked at op.gg and it said my recent match was about 1200 MMR. What rank would that put me in?

Id say silver 3.
MMR and ELO are different. My mmr is crappy (30pts or so under 1300). This means I will be matched against people with roughly the same mmr (mostly silver 3's+) however I am gold 5 so my ELO is/can't go under 1500 unless I get demoted. They work the same way in terms of gains/loss
but they factor different things
1200 is roughly silver 5 give or take. Different sites will tell you different MMR, so you can't know for sure. Some even vary of 200+ points.
Wait lol...everyone saying silver. Does that mean I'm already better than all the bronzies that have been playing forever?
