A small minority of us summoners see banning as the mark of a coward, too afraid to face off against certain enemies. We welcome a good fight no matter the match-up. It is on behalf of this group of summoners that I hereby request that the honorable programmers at Riot amend the champ select banning phase to include a "Skip Ban" button.
Edit September 2017: They instituted a "No Ban" with the new 10 ban system! Thank you Riot!

I mean.. You feel like giving up one of your teams bans, but I'm sure your 4 allies will feel a lot differently. However, if this is going to be something people want, they could probably put something along the lines of ''pass ban'', in to pass it to the person who was 1st/2nd pick. And then just... Actually skip the ban if they pass it too. You know, to avoid an endless pass loop. It could work for people who are banning who just don't know who to ban, too. Not the point of the thread, I know, but just a suggestion.
well actually banning is a particularly important and strategic part of the game, so that u can secure a team comp and make sure it cant be countered... sure you can argue that u arent a pussy and dont need a ban but still, its important because without the ban phase, u have no control over what the enemy team picks which means there is no outplay anymore besides a counter pick
its all rlly complex but if u dont want to ban, then just troll ban like ban yorrick
or just ban what ur team wants u to ban
I've had people on my friend list who refuse to use runes and masteries as well, saying it makes the game too easy.
then throw the ban on a champ like urgot or yorick or galio, champs that are never used
BUt with the toxic community, people will blame u for losing games for not banning a ceratin champion.
