Why isn't there a Riot phone app?

I can't imagine it would be too difficult for them to whip up a quick app that gives you access to your friends list, the boards, and news/announcements. I would also be super convenient and awesome.

Also give us option to buy skin/ect from the store through the app, sometime I'm on vacation and a good sale going on, I could just get on the app and log into League to buy.

There are 3rd party chat apps ive used in the past, im not sure if they are available still.
