A good system not running junk and shit in the background all the time and has preventative maintenance accomplished weekly plus a solid ISP makes league run great. People are just too lazy to take care of their systems and would rather come here and bitch and moan about lag and how Riots servers are at fault.

How can I make sure that the ˝junk in background˝ is turned off ? You meant,just closing google/skype and other programs or something else?

Nah its people who have about 95 different windows open and think their computer can run all that crap and then bitch and moan that they have lag when they play league. Keep yer shit closed and get a cheap laptop to play music or other shit while you play. Most systems if not built for power will not run all this shit at the same time like people want them to.

I have a very high end system but I still do not run anything but the game I'm playing so I can run it on the highest setting possible. I been playing league for 2 years and have never had the lag these people whine and bitch and moan about because I take care of my shit.

Microsoft Silverlight is a failed programming language that is going the way of the dodo. Google already stopped supporting it, any company that's still using it is on a clock to find another solution.
