Does Microsoft Silverlight make LoL faster/better?

A good system not running junk and shit in the background all the time and has preventative maintenance accomplished weekly plus a solid ISP makes league run great. People are just too lazy to take care of their systems and would rather come here and bitch and moan about lag and how Riots servers are at fault.

Microsoft Silverlight is a failed programming language that is going the way of the dodo. Google already stopped supporting it, any company that's still using it is on a clock to find another solution.
