Skin License Transferring

I feel like we should be able to transfer skin licenses. Let me explain. For example, with Xbox360 you can transfer game licenses, which allows another person to play your digital copy of a game for the time in which the license is signed to them. You only get four license transfers a year and can transfer back and forth. I think we should be able to transfer skin licenses, but only once for each skin. For example; let's say I got a skin in a mystery gift for a champion I don't play, or it's my least favorite skin for that champion and am likely to never use it. I can transfer the license for that skin over to a friend's account, but he can never transfer that same license back to me. Let's say I have Winter Wonder Lulu and a friend has Snow Bunny Nidalee. I don't play Lulu and he doesn't play Nidalee; I can give him the license to Lulu skin and he can give me the license to Nidalee skin, but again, we may never transfer those licenses again to each other or to other friends. You get one license transfer per skin you own, each time you buy a skin you have the ability to transfer that license once. If I transfer the license of a certain skin to a friend and later decide to purchase it again, it is not transferable to another person as you have already transferred that skin on your account before. I also think that these transfers should not be available for certain skins such as Pax Sivir; or other event-specific skins that people would shyster hundreds or thousands of dollars out of people for. I feel license transferring should be from friend-to-friend, like an I-know-how-much-you-love-this-skin-so-you-can-have-mine type of thing. I currently own Rocket Girl Tristana but don't personally like her jump animation and therefore, will stick to using Buccaneer. A friend of mine, if I could give him my Rocket Girl skin, would in turn purchase the chroma pack for her. It's almost like gifting skins, but you can still do it on your friend's birthday if you're dirt broke and have his favorite skin even though you never use it. I think this would be a great idea because either way the skins have been paid for; and you can't just switch the license back and forth all the time so that you both technically own the skin, allowing you to both use it whenever you like.
