Please give Graves his cigar back

it's not on the in-game model. and they're not going to risk having the game banned in some place just because a character has a cigar.

It's not going to come back. And to be honest, it's really not that big of a deal that it won't be in the splash art anymore. The only reason they're removing it is because of international business regulations. Stop being mad at Riot for this, because I seriously doubt they wanted this to happen (having to rework the splash art, alter something huge for one or two governments, etc.)
