So I have 3287 IP and I feel like I should buy a champion, preferably a 3150 IP one. I quite like AP bruiser/mage and I like the concept of Anivia and how to play her. So I've been thinking of buying her. But I need more support champions (I've been thinking of Leona or Thresh) and a better ADC (Jinx or Twitch), so I'm not too sure if I should get Anivia.
I would like to know what you think I should do, get Anivia or save up?
LadyRenly2 votesAnivia is good. She's not really mobile, but I'd say she's fun to use. I don't really find her wall to be that useful, but it feels sooo good to set up a well positioned jungle wall that traps someone who burned their flash
Earthpine1 votesI know Anivia isn't very mobile and that she's fun to play as. But I believe her wall has potential to be extremely useful (cancelling tp, ult) since I've won teamfights with it. And I know the feeling of trapping someone to their doom, it feels so good.

Earthpine1 votesOne: I usually build Anivia with a RoA so she wouldn't die too quickly so that's sort of what I mean by that.
Two: I have played Anivia, ~20 games so I know how she works. I really liked her then even when I lost cuz she was so interesting to play.

Three B: I don't play Koggy very well, I'm good with Trist and I don't really play Ashe. I think I need more ADC that I'm good with (even though I adore Koggy) so I can win ranked games (haven't started yet).

You are right in that if you had a few more champions, you would have more flexibility in your choices. That would be good.
You do actually have a decent selection for support though (I take it you don't consider it a main role), almost one of each. You have for engage or kill lanes, for anti-engage potential, for poke lane, and for sustain lanes.
Yes, you could have more flexibility in the ADC. You have for late game hyper carry but immobile ADC, and is a utility ADC. I don't know if has really "settled in" so I'm going to decline speaking on her. (Side note: I don't think Jinx would increase your range as she has the same "sub-role" as Kog'maw, her shining time is the late game dps, but by all means. get her if you like her.) However, I am not worrying a lot about your range of choices, with ADC as a role all champs kinda play the same. You know?
But I was right in what I said, you don't have any bad Ranged AD (♥ Kog).
TL;DR: I encourage you to make your own decision and all, but I think you want to get her championship, so you should get 
. You enjoy playing her, right? And I don't see your champion pool as being a problem so...
Earthpine1 votesThanks a lot! So I have quite a few more supports then I've realised (but I don't rly like Nidalee). But I still think I need another ADC. And yes, I don't really play support like my main role (my main role is either top or mid) so I don't have too many supports. I think I'll get Anivia since she IS very fun to play and it'll help me with learning how to cs even better. Thank you for helping me realise how much stuff I actually have in my champion pool (and for helping me with my decision)!
