I'm glad Viktor's finally getting attention, but for a moment, let's take in the name of his ultimate. Chaos Storm. Now, I don't know about you, but to me that sounds BAD. ASS.

Currently, the visuals of it are kind of comical really, almost like he dropped a bug zapper. I don't know that this solves the clarity issue, either; it still looks somewhat easy to lose in the midst of a fight, even more so than a huge whirling deathcloud.

I won't say to go back to his old ult particles, they were by no means perfect, but can Chaos Storm's intimidation factor get a buff please?

I don't want to be rude, but this new ultimate looks pathetic!

How can something called the Chaos Storm, described as a SINGULARITY point look like a blue bulb that shoots tiny lightning.

He yells "Behold, True power" and what appears is a... well, this thing. It's even less visible than the live one!

This has to be reworked, I want to see the black hole in the center of the storm! Without it, it's not a Singularity!

How about a large pillar/beacon, in which the lightning strikes? It'd be like some sort of lightning ray coming from outer space.

Agreed. I like that it has better clarity now but it definitely could use some OOOMPH

I like the clarity that it gives and I think that when it gets Augmented that it should get a little more intimidating, but other than that I kinda like it. Especially better than his old one.

I agree, I feel that the new ult is empty, there's just a tiny bob in the air with a colored circle beneath it. I feel that the bob should be low to the ground and have stormy effects around it. So... pretty much like the old ult except different so that it's easier to see, but still is cool.
