The only 3 words I always use in any games concerning a toxic rager, where most of them will zip their mouth after reading them to not get their ass busted. But even if they just ignore the warning, I could send Riot Support like, 5 images containing his toxic chat & hoping he will learn his lesson after getting chat-restricted/suspended/permabanned.

Those tickets don't do anything, though. If you're not afraid of getting reported (why would you be?), you shouldn't be afraid of getting a ticket put in against you.
