You see that amount of damage it deals from just one AA? It's almost as hard as Darius's Q. And add the fact that he gets bonus movement speed from it & gets to affect towers as well.

Unless I'm reading it wrong, it can also only be applied when he melee AAs and no other time where as Darius can apply his as a range, and to multiply targets.

And Twitch gets an ult that can hit the entire enemy team while procing crits.
