Dynamic Queue

I was wondering if there are any plans in Riot to add incentive for more people to play support, or if there are any changes to the way it places people. I know that am sick of playing support when I put it as my secondary. I am almost sad that I get games the instant I click the button to queue in, because it means that I got support. Or perhaps there is a reward that supports could get after so many games, like a skin, or a free chest when hextech comes out. This would be only after a certain number of games, and possibly only for ranked games.
