Game Randomly crashing right before loading screen

I just started playing my placement series and my game crashed and my client wouldn't open so i restarted my computer and it game me a loss when I would've only been gone for less than 5 minutes in the game. This isn't really fair at all considering these crashes weren't happening till the patch.
