The New Honor system Abuse !

So, Riot decided to gift Grey ww and Medieval Twitch through hextech capusls ! like Randomly, I have only 2 things to say: 1st. I'd like to Note that friends can spam honoring each others after game !!! so the Honor will be spammed and everyone of those ppl will receive unfair honors. 2nd. I'm kind of OK with the idea of bringing limited skins but what about the Other limited skins ??? when URF ww was updated, we were promised to see him return in a URF event, and when URF mode was re-introduced, NOTHING happened ! SOOOO, since Riot doing this, why Not UFO corki comes back ? Black alistar...etc I know they were meant for special things but well...Now everything is changed, now we see different skins are gifted for different reason, like Championship riven which was sold, then codes and later on gifted after championship for certain winners of the pick em all event...etc I'd like to see Old skins back in different Hextech events, Not just the grey and medieval. Hope there's a Good trusted system behind dropping them though because they can easily be abused, specially on smurf accounts.
