If you look at the notification up top or on the Service Status page, you see that Riot has a short explanation on what the issue was that required disabling Ranked, and where there are at working to fix it.
Can we always get clarification like this please?
PBnJelly6 votesI remember when I started playing (S3) they always had little descriptions of why things were disabled. Then eventually they just stopped. It was a pleasant surprise yesterday when I saw the description.
RottedApples3 votesyeah they don't seem to actually tell us WHY they disable stuff....
firey2752 votesThis is the best communication we've gotten with Riot about bugs like this in some time, and I love it :) I wanna see more of this level of status update!
Left Hook Larry2 votesExcept tell us accurate times where it will be finished
Thunder Dreamss3 votesSee, this attitude is why people/companies are often hesitant to share information. Yes, it would be nice if they had better accuracy in their estaminets. Still, better a lowball estaminet then no idea what's going on at all.
Trídent5 votesHow exactly are they supposed to know? ;/
Deep Terror Nami4 votesPfft, isn't it obvious?
Trídent2 votes!!!! omgso obvious
Left Hook Larry1 votesI don't mind them saying "we have no correct time" or something along those lines. But don't BS us and tell us it will be up by a certain time and then not end up coming through with it.

The Lexer1 votesYeah I agree. I can never find information on why something is disabled, so it was nice to see Riot tell us what was up!
