Game is unplayable, but no loss prevented?

Verizon users can't play the game at all. Lags to load. Lags ingame. Lags all the time. Shouldn't this be a high priority to get fixed? I mean, when thousands of people can't play your game because of something on your end, that's ridiculous. I literally can't play another game on 5.19 or else I'm just going to keep losing. Can you please fix this wifi or at least enable loss prevented for normals and ranked?

howso? it seems to be a personal problem that can be easily fixed by getting a new internet service provider. You cant expect Riot to cater towards everyone, especially those to skimp on something that is needed for this game (internet) The only person who is at fault is the player.

"seems to be a personal problem" yeah im sure im the only person who has Verizon. Thousands of people are lagging and it's not Verizon's fault, Riot has been working with them with connections recently and had to have fucked up something. If it was Verizon's fault, everything would be lagging, not just League.

I don't know much about internet stuffs, so forgive me if I'm wrong, but if this is something only affecting users of a specific provide (Verizon in this case), wouldn't that mean something is wrong with that specific internet provider, not with Riot's servers? I mean, if something is wrong with the servers, wouldn't a huge majority, be affected by it and experiencing issues, not just people of a certain internet provider?

No because Riot has been working on their connections with Verizon recently. Additionally if Verizon was at fault EVERYTHING would be lagging, not just League.
