Report option BEFORE the end of the match, PLEASE!

Just lost a game cause our last pick wanted mid, but so did our second pick, so ofc the second pick took it, and without saying anything our last pick then went Nunu supp and took clarity and clairvoyance then said "cya, going to go cook," and we literally never saw him for the whole game. He did load in, and he never actually dc'd, which meant he was still on his computer making sure he didn't time out.

The problem here aside from this kind of attitude even fucking existing in the first place, is that he cannot be punished until he's already fucked everything for everyone and completely ruined our game. We knew he was going to troll before the game started, we knew we weren't going to win cause this child didn't get his preferred role, and he admit to all of us he was just going to afk to punish us for not letting him go mid.

We AT LEAST need to be able to report toxic as fuck children like this before it wastes 20-50 mins of our lives for nothing, if not give us non-toxic players a means to boot obvious trolls from our games so we don't get punished for dodging such an obvious and deliberately caused loss. Like in ranked only, if 4 members all vote to kick someone then that person is booted and none of the others are punished, but if someone calls up a kick vote too often it puts them on a cooldown for how often they can do it, so they can't spam it or something.

Idk! That could be stupid, but WE. NEED. SOMETHING! It's utterly ridiculous that this kind of attitude even exists in the first place, that someone is so shitty of a person that they'd waste their own time to fuck with everyone else cause they didn't get what they wanted like some toddler who shit his pants. So since Riot can't seem to expunge the massive amount of bitches from this game, give us a way to deal with it ourselves before it ruins everything.

EDIT: Yes this was a ranked game, this really only happens in ranked games, at least for me.
