Well idk about surrendering, but I've had games where we have destroyed the nexus and surrendered. Maybe it's a coin-flip? I've won and lost in these situations.

in those cases it was probably off by a small measure of time, like the game registered you winning before the surrender vote passed and vice-a-versa.

it seems that the team that surrenderd fastest wins. Like if 2 people say somehing at the same time then 1 must come on top in LOL. same with surrendering I was just guessing bout kills

well I mean, I'm talking about a scenario where the surrender vote passes for both teams at the same exact time. I mean kills could very well be the deciding factor
