Well idk about surrendering, but I've had games where we have destroyed the nexus and surrendered. Maybe it's a coin-flip? I've won and lost in these situations.
im wondering if riot themselves even know the answer to this
it seems that the team that surrenderd fastest wins. Like if 2 people say somehing at the same time then 1 must come on top in LOL. same with surrendering I was just guessing bout kills
